"It’s a shame how bad emoloye that feel entitled to make decisions that affect the operation. A short time 1-11-24 9:20 am I went through the Drive Thru and Yolanda asked if I had placed the order on the monitor . I told her it was my first time here and I did not see the monitor, I apologized. She told me I had to drive around… wow with 1 car behind me. All I wanted was 1 donut, 1 coffee. Not Good! "I live close by but always try avoiding this Dunkin because they’re always out of items with a terrible attitude. They must have changed managers because today on Christmas Day they had all items except hot chocolate, friendly service, and quick service! Will be back soon."

"They rush you so much to order in the morning (even when you’re the only car in the drive thru) once you get to window they rush you even more to go away or they’ll ask to drive out back and park and they’ll bring you the food to the car. Mind you this is even with no one behind you in the line. I do have to say most mornings the lady is nice but still it’s rushing so much it makes the morning coffee time pretty u comfortable. Slow down specially first thing in the morning during the week at like 6am-6:20am."

"Nice little dunkin' donuts. The people inside are friendly but I think they're working under heavy load. My English muffin that I ordered dark toasted with butter came out. Barely toasted, dry. The coffee is good and the service is fast though. I just have to check my order next time. Very clean. Very modern inside. It does feel good when you walk through the door. I will be back"
