"Everything needed for a great coffee. Unfortunately, either as a result of lack of training or lack of effort, my coffee was not drinkable. Illy is an incredible brand, hopefully the company takes measures to get this cafe in line with its general quality standard."

"Very bad customer service, barista ignored us initially, asked if she was open and she just smiled and didn’t answer the question. Seemed disinterested in what she was doing. Asked for a bagel with cheese, got a diy kit! Coffee was ok."

"Stay away and save your money. ILLY needs to pull their name off this kiosk. As I’ll never drink it again after this experience. Burger King around the corner has better coffee. The food is also terrible. When I asked for my money back for the watered down, burnt coffee, the Barista said “It’s Italian Coffee” as if I didn’t understand. All the food and pastry’s are frozen. They couldn’t even heat it up correctly"
