It is a small place but when you enter it is like you will travel back in time, the decoration transports you to Paris, everything is fresh and they prepare it daily, the cleaning is impeccable and the extraction system is incredible, you only feel the sweet aroma of a recently finished croissant . The attention to the costumer was also excellent, they offer you the best option on the menu and they explain the options to choose according to your appetite. What we ordered arrived, each dish was well presented. I think breakfasts are like lunches, you can feel in the omelette the freshness of each vegetable cooked at the perfect temperature and the coffee I ordered contained homemade chantilly cream delicious and exquisite. Meeting a chef who is passionate about his profession, even more so than talking to customers about his delicacies, is only achieved in a few places.
