Dunkin'

"Seems like I’m not the only one having issues with the afternoon crew. I literally ordered 1 donut /water bottle/ 1 hash brown. She tells me to pull my car around and I waited at the window for 5 minutes… nonetheless they finally came out to hand me my order. I then ask for napkins and she literally looks left and right (great effort) to then tell me she’s out of napkins. Yet 5 minutes prior I went inside to use the restroom and seen that they had napkins out front by the lobby (mind you there was no line inside nor outside ) she then looks at me and goes “excuse me “ and I said to her there are napkins in the lobby do you mind grabbing from those & she gives me this face like I’m Crazy. I work in the industry with a much higher volume of customer service averaging out over $5k in sales a night. On top of that I tipped you while paying for my order. So whom ever this manager name is Abby and corporate definitely need to be hiring better quality students/anyone working there to execute better service. I’m Here at least 4-5x a week. I’ll no longer be coming here."

"Well the only thing this Dunkin got right on my order was my coffee. Coffee was beautifully made. However, I also ordered their sausage, egg and cheese Croissant sandwich. Came burnt on one side as you can see in the photo and I also ordered hashbrowns which came cold. I am very sad that it came this way."

"I went in at 2pm. There were NO donuts in the case?? I asked Do you have any?? She pointed to a standing rack against the wall, the one in this websites 1st pic. I struggled to see what's on the rack as myself and customers behind me gathered near the wall to see what they had. There were 2 employees up front and zero reason to NOT have the donuts in the stay fresh case and visible. It was... weird."

"The morning crew is definitely more on their game than the afternoon. I come here everyday and order the same thing, but today surprised me as I have noticed that the afternoon crew is a little inconsistent. I paid $7.38 for an ice latte which includes an extra shot of espresso, should be three total. Today I had to ask for another shot on the side to then have to pay another $2. More than $9 for a drink that doesn't even contain alcohol and made incorrectly is pretty steep"

"So this Dunkin location is new. So far the service has been pretty quick. I had a very good first few experiences let's hope they can keep this up."
