Dunkin'

"Waited in drive thru at the ordering box for 10 minutes just to pull around thinking maybe the box is broken but instead was told that my truck didn’t set off some sort of button for them to talk to me and to go back in line with 10 cars waiting. This Dunkin’ Donuts has given me another bad experience. Haven’t been to this location over a year but didn’t feel like driving to the next. Sadly to say we will never come here, I’d rather get a gas station donut before considering this location."

"Literally got nothing in my order right other then my donut and was too lazy to put all the syrups and whipped cream all the works look old and autistic honestly needs to rehire the staff."

"I ordered a hot vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. When I pulled out of the driveway I took a sip of it and it tasted like they just poured milk into a cup. It was so cold. For the money I spent on it I could have just bought a gallon of milk. I tried calling to maybe see if I can either get another one or reimburse but nobody ever picked up the phone."

"I went at 10am....completely out of donuts.... Next day go at 7:45am. Ordered on the app and picked out each donut for the dozen I was being. Got it to work wasn't even what I ordered. Tried again the next day (I'm trying to be hopeful and having donut cravings) I order 3 donuts (2 powered and 1 vanilla with sprinkles) again order on the app. I get to the window. This is at 8:05am and they are out of vanilla donuts. Okay I'll have another powered donut. Of yours are the last 2... are you freaking kidding me. 4th day... picked up at around 8am AGAIN finally got all the options I ordered. Get your donuts together. You know how many people you server on a weekday. Plan accordingly with your donuts. Not even buys them at 6am. So annoying. Still waiting on my refund for the completely wrong dozen donuts."

"-Edit- It's taken a while but now, a few years later, I've been having great experiences here at this location. Toast is actually being toasted, food has been much more enjoyable. Very happy with the team here. - edit - Don't waste your time/money/get your hopes up.. this location is only good for coffee. 3 visits this week, ask for a big n toasted, got soggy buttered bread and cold clumpy cheese. Next visit I politely ask for them to make sure it gets toasted, so they toasted it till it was black... 3rd visit, I give up on my favorite sandwich and just ask for a toasted bagel.... surprise, they cut the bagel, put cream cheese on it and just microwave the outside... waste of money"
