"WOW could your drive thru reps be any more not friendly?! If you don’t want to work with the public here’s an idea, don’t! Food is ok, seems to be getting skimpy lately. May have to take my business elsewhere if this continues."

"Atmosphere is alright, service was as good as it gets nowadays, you know, since most place now just have self checkouts/ kiosks. The lady that was working the register was friendly though. Quick with bringing people their food too. The food, granted it's fast food, so this is very common, but the food was super greasy, like dripping off the food and could fill half a shot glass with the amount of grease. My girlfriend had order 2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffins and a hash brown with a caramel frappe. I ordered a chicken Biscuit, a chicken McGriddle with a hash brown and a caramel frappe. For whatever reason, any chicken item I order here, they just never seem to cook the chicken COMPLETELY. It's always got a partially uncooked middle. Even though our food was steaming hot, it didn't mean it was fully cooked. And they never have sweet tea ready in the front."

"Placed an order for my family of 6. Spent 67$! Patties were burnt, 1 happy meal was given a burger not 6 piece, other one was given 5 out of 6 nuggets. Fries were cold as well as burgers and chicken sandwich, drinks were wrong. Ordered on app and chose curbside and it took over 20 minutes but the app showed it delivered curb side after 10-13. I had to call to see why it showed delivered and didn't have food. Awful service. Employees were walking out with a non employee "friend" and were too busy cutting up to provide good service."

"Post Covid this locations service has rapidly declined. We’ve been customers for 5 years. This has happened the past several times over a 1 month period: order placed, wait period is long due to very little help, then the order is ALWAYS incomplete. No coffees - why do they call your order and then hand you an INCOMPLETE order. Saturday 1/27 @ 11:30 AM - the order was a soft drink senior coffee & an apple pie. Manager places drink & pie on table - “i will bring coffee right over”- he never came. This location is in need of help - nobody wants to work service industry jobs any longer. On another occasion, 2 store associates were ordering their lunch at the side counter, calling out order while customers were in line - I’ve never scene this, usually they get in line to order. Training, proper decorum, courtesy lacking."

"The fact that I just spend $3.58 plus tax for a medium fries, that was cold and not even filled, is beyond ridiculous"
