"I was treated rudely this morning @ Circle K store Sept. 25th @ 6:55 a.m. Store location is 2035 N Beach Rd, Englewood, FL 34223. The employee was a female."

"We went in to this Circle K location. We have two small kids. We purchased three drinks for $6. When we asked for curtesy cups so that they could share, they tried charging $.69 per cup for them. We put the cups back. This policy has deterred us from doing any further business here, especially given that there are numerous convenience stores in a short distance in englewood. The rationale from the operator at the counter, of course, was that they are passing along the costs of cups to the customer. Not entirely sure if this makes sense. I can see it if they sold drinks very cheaply (a small markup), but $6 for Gatorade is pretty standard. Also, $.69 for a plastic cup is excessive. I might have gone for it if they were $.10, but not $.69. I’d say just be smart about where you shop here. This may seem like a nonissue, but these types of policies make it hard for the consumer to navigate and naturally support the fairest deals."

"Great place to stop for essentials. I accidentally left my phone while getting ice. Went back hours later and Linda who was the customer service asked me to verify the phone description before returning it to me. Wonderful honest and so humble. Wouldn't take a reward. I'll send something. Thank you Linda!"

"The staff here is very rude, especially someone who I believe to be the manager with short hair. No need to be so rude to the customers who keep this business going. Especially if if is not your business. Too bad it was the closest store to our rental. Made sure to go out of my way, to any other gas station, the entire week that we stayed in Manasota Key. Such a shame because I love Circle K. I don’t know how this place manages to stay in business was such a rude staff."
