"We always go here have never had a problem. Went threw the drive thru and sat at the drive thru speaker for 5 minutes (was not greeted, besides with the recording) When i drove up i explained what happened, the lady at the window was very sweet. However the manager on duty (1/5/2024 at 11:00 am) was very ignorant, yelled at her employee that we should have ordered at the window and instead of taking my order and having me pull up she wanted me to go back around and wait in now was a line wrapped around the building. Will not be coming back here, just lost a customer."

"I don’t really do reviews but this is not the first encounter I’ve had with the same worker she gives terrible service I arrived at 8:35 they close @9 Shay I believe is her name that’s what she replied when I asked for her name was rushing me at the drive thru very unprofessional while I was trying to order saying they close soon tryna rush me there was no line it was empty just me there was no need for that. I get to the open window here she is talking to her coworker very loud, very ghetto and just unprofessional saying I’m inconsiderate and doing too much. I responded they had 25 minutes to close I had a small order & there was no line what’s the rush & rudeness for? She rolled her eyes. This isn’t my first time having a bad experience with her, morning team is excellent and very professional with their customer service. To the manager I hope you can figure out a way to resolve this issue like I said this isn’t the first time she’s been rude or given me bad service. Customer service is everything and her acting like that should not be permitted or okay. That kind of worker will cause many loyal customers to find a new location and bring your guy’s reputation down, I wasn’t rude or doing too much that was very uncalled for & rude. Order #2221"

"Every part of the order was wrong, and they couldn't be bothered to scrape the tiny spec of cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. Sweet iced coffee with cream was straight creamer, sans the coffee and sugar Person at the register as seen on Live PD. Never again..."

"I ordered an ice coffee with oat milk and my coffee came out white. My coffee said it had cream and oat milk on the sticker. When I went to talk to the cashier to fix it, she said that's how their system works and she can't take the cream off. Really? I've been to other Dunkins and this has never been an issue. If you don't know how to work your computer, just say that. She said they only put oat in and 'they would never make the coffee with two milks'. Well, you did. It had a lot of cream in it. Also, my bacon was uncooked."
