"I walk in 6:45 PM they close at seven I should be able to order some coffee considering they are open for another 15 minutes but the lady who works there tells me sorry I already clean the machine. What is the point of being open the last 15 minutes if you can’t serve nobody. I’m pretty sure they should not be cleaning stuff until they actually are closed at seven. You should be able to get served up until closing time that is unacceptable for anyone to go there before closing and not be able to get service. sounds like lazy employees to me or trying to leave at seven instead of closing at seven."

"I’m sorry but (not sorry)… this place is a ghetto dirt bucket! As a black woman myself I’m SHOCKED at the nasty behavior all the black women had against me in this establishment. All I was trying to do was order in peace, but the worker gave me nothing but attitude and was practically ready to fight! All did was order my coffee (well attempt to order) and the worker was rude from the beginning and even stated that I had an attitude?? I understand having a job you hate… we all been there done that. But giving blatant disrespect to customers is gross!! Literally ew!! I got second hand embarrassment from the nasty behavior. Go to the dunkin a few roads down! This one has some MAJOR issues to sort out."
"Went through the drive through and ordered coffe, 2 donuts, a wrap and hashbrowns. At the window after we paid we were handed the coffee and 1 donut and then a bag of food that wasn’t ours. When we told her it wasn’t ours and that we needed the other donut, she started getting an attitude. She then says in a nasty tone that she gave us a donut already. After talking to the people inside someone else finally confirmed that we were telling her the right order. She gave us the donut with no apology and told us to pull around. Someone else brought out the rest of our food which was CLEARLY made horribly intentionally. Everything was over cooked and hard to the point we couldn’t eat it. We were not given a receipt despite asking. Don’t go here if you want edible food or service without an attitude."
