"My order was sent to the wrong store accidentally. It wasn't even sent to this store. It was supposed to go to the 34th St. store. The 34th St. store wouldn't help me even though I told them I didn't have time to go to the 14th St. store. Mind you, I frequent that store often, but no longer. I showed up at this store, which was still the wrong store and now I'm frustrated and upset. The staff was AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, AND CARING. They took care of my order and made my day. I will now go out of my way to come to this Dunkin'. Thank you to the staff that took care of me this morning. I appreciate you!"

"Went in at 2pm to grab kiddos sweet treat. Hoping for holiday themed donuts. Very Limited variety. Chocolate donut holes do NOT taste like chocolate. Lady working alone was very nice. Place clean and quiet."

"Just had an absolute amazing experience at This location not only did they brew me fresh coffee without me asking which is top-notch customer service but they did it with a smile. The young gentleman and the lady that were working tonight. I wish I would’ve gotten your names. He had a Band-Aid on his eye and she was a sweet old lady. Great job guys. "Its dunkin, the coffee and food is what it is. However, this particular location can't seem to get it together. My coffee order is usually wrong which shouldn't be hard because I order black coffee. My order always has to be reconfirmed at the window as if they dont know who's doing what.. The wraps are sloppily made and I usually have to reassemble. Today the lid to the coffee was dirty which isn't the biggest of deals except that is was on the opening to drink. Please be more mindful. Updating this to include a picture of the bagel i order not toasted with cream.cheese which came toasted and had hardly any cream cheese."
