"Customer service awful! Went thru drive thru this morning. Our sandwiches were cold! My sausage, egg, cheese croissant was almost right out of frig temperature. Coffee, luke warm. Will not go back!!"
"I ordered through the app and went inside to pick up my order. They told me they were out of turkey sausage for the wake up wrap and can replace with egg and cheese, however I was not refunded for the price of the turkey ordered. I also ordered a medium coffee and it tasted like hot water and milk. I had to make my own coffee. The outside and inside of this facility needs a deep cleaning. Very disappointed to throw away money."

Guy in entrance never saluted (scary with piercings on leap), the girl on drive-thru with terribly bad attitude, upset and saying bad words on front of customers, guy preparing coffee all distracted, really was a none good experience. We will never go there again. We were there on 9/10/23 at 10 am. Please send this people to a customer service curse URGENT!"
"Pretty sure their donuts are a week old and had been sitting in no AC.. I pulled them out of the bag while still in the parking lot looking like this..They were hard and melted. I couldn't bring myself to eat them."
