"The young lady behind the counter was very rude. I saw that signs were up saying that the registers were out of order. When I asked how I could pay for my order she became very belligerent, rolling her eyes and head not answering my question. I did not want to order after being subjected to her very rude behavior towards me."
"We had to sit in the drive thru because the car in front of us placed a sandwich order at the window! Our breakfast sandwiches were overcooked. The coffee cup rim was deformed so the lid wouldn't stay on. It popped of as soon as we set it in the cup holder. Had to ask multiple times for napkins and let her know the lid popped off the coffee and spilled. She didn't care just told us the straw was in the bag! Worse service I have ever gotten at this starbucks!"
"This is the most poorly designed layout of a new store property. You actually have to walk across the pick up lane to get to the store entrance. Hope Starbucks is ready to pay out big bucks when someone gets hit by the car speeding away with their coffee. When I mentioned this to one of the new employees they said they make more money off the drive up window. What kind of an answer is that?"
"One of the baristas needs an award for his flat whites and pours in general. We use to live a lot closer and still go out of our way cause he is just the best at it. Feels good he remembers our order and takes a moment to strike a conversation with us when we go in. Overall the staff here even when he's not there is great!"
