"Maybe he was having a bad day but I thought sharing it would be good. The gentleman who takes the order is asking “is that all for you” at the end of each order before you even finish saying the order like he’s pissed off of clients ordering :) For 2 giant venti hot teas, he’s not providing sleeves thinking double paper cup is enough for it. Wondering if the hot tea is the hottest temperature drink that is served there so what are the sleeves for? Frapaccino? And last but not least; how would you expect one person carrying 2 venti hot tea and a breakfast item without offering them tray or carry bag? Overall understanding someone’s attitude toward you in food industry while you met them 3 seconds ago is sometimes complicated. I wanted to let it go but I realized having 3 unjustifiable mistakes in one visit requires some attention so it can be corrected accordingly. Thanks to the smart barista standing by the machine who immediately recognized the unprofessional behavior of that gentleman and provided tray and sleeves right away. Hope this get someone’s attention who is in a the right seat to make appropriate actions toward this."

"Let me start with: My drink was made perfectly. lol. But damn, why is the staff so miserable? I was spoken over while asking a question and treated like I was an inconvenience. Doesn’t feel great as a customer or even just as a human. I have a decade of experience in the service industry and know that it’s not always easy to put on the kind, patient face - But it’s literally the job. Thanks for the delicious coffee, but I’ll go out of my way to avoid another stop at this location."
