They Double Cups my coffee not letting me know it is hot I drank a little top comes off pores all over my face my clothes my car I immediately pull over check myself notice that I have burns on my face call the manager and she informs me that once I grab it it's on me didn't even ask if I was okay headed to the hospital now"

"I had a GREAT experience here at this location. The employees were very nice, especially I believe Kenny. He made sure to remind me to scan my app to get my star points, which I had almost forgot to do. I also was indecisive as to what new drink to try, and he took his time explaining and trying to match me with the perfect choice. It was delicious! He went above and beyond and his customer service skills were great even in a rush. Will be returning and recommending this location!"
