"If you like Starbucks that is more expensive but also like a third of the quality as any other Starbucks you've ever been to, this is the star bucks for you! I go to lots of Starbucks and this... Was .. not ... It. Great service though. They replaced the coffee for free with an equally bad coffee."

"The people are nice, I will just say that, but with full honestly, it doesn’t compare to the starbucks before it closed and recently reopened. The storefront is closing multiple times throughout the day in some cases, and the drinks are the lowest quality of drinks I have witnessed in a long time. Recently my lattes have been having a burnt taste, or my food order is wrong. I want to love the new store, but I can’t."

"Full of employees that don’t even know how to make a drink properly. Then when you go to get it remade the right way, they give you nasty looks and attitude even though you were nice about it. This Starbucks really went downhill after new ownership took place."

"Mobile ordered and they refused to fill my drink completely "because I didn't pay for the add ons" meaning more tea because I get no ice. I paid on the app and it let me do it so you don't get to just not do it because you think I should pay more. I get if Starbucks is adding an extra fee for no ice and all that but if it didn't pop up when I ordered they don't get to just personally decide if they want to fill my cup or not. The workers literally didn't care that i ordered online which means I ALREADY PAID. Their personal opinion means nothing in a business setting."

"This was my first time at this Starbucks and while it tasted great, it was only halfway full. She swore it was full and I was like whatever and walked away...once I started drinking it, it was quite clear that I was correct and the whole top half was whipped cream and not coffee. That was definitely my most expensive cup of whipped cream in my whole life."
