"Crew is NOT aware of promotional drinks. Ordered through Drive thru... Saw a picture of a "Churro Iced Latte" and ordered it. When I got to the window the girl asked what it was I wanted, so I told her again. Got something completely different. I told her it wasn't how it looked on the picture. So a third time she Asked what I wanted. She called a supervisor who said I had to pay for the difference... although it wasn't my fault. Paid it, no big deal. They remade it, and it still was not what was on the picture. I just left. When I took a sip, it was just an iced latte with milk, no flavor..."
"The two employees working on 02/06 at 2:30pm were THE BESTTTTT!!!!!!!!! They recommended the perfect drink for my best friend and I, helped us pick our donuts, joked around and had so much fun with us. They were truly a blast and made me want to spend the whole day there!"
"I never write reviews but this was horrible service. Waited in line for 17 minutes, each car takes 4-5 just to place an order, on my turn the girl tells me there’s no chocolate syrup, not wanting to leave empty handed after waiting so long, I ordered a cold brew. I got to the window and waited with my card in hand as the girl texted on her phone, she finally took my card and continued to look at her phone while transacting my charge. I ended up throwing away the gross coffee."
"The 2nd worst dunkin. The 1st one on w colonial. Especially for the location near milliena, I was definitely shocked. Asked for medium iced coffee lite n sweet. Nasty customer service. Went to the window they had a hot coffee. They remade it.. but definitely not lite n sweet."
"I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant and they literally gave me a croissant with bacon on it….. and that’s it…. Count your freakin days bro. This location is always messing up. I vowed I would never come back here and you proved me right, AGAIN. corporate needs to do something at this point."
