Are the older employee who is at the register was very unfriendly and got mad at her coworker for her mistake. I won’t be coming to this location again."
"Decided to go the other way for my morning route and came access a closer dunkin to my house. Walked in with a line but the service was so fast I had my piping hot food and blended frozen coffee within less than 5 minutes. Kudos ladies and thank you for your smile and hard work! "I LOVE Dunkin, but NOT this location.. It's really a shame I have to drive out of my neighborhood to a different Dunkin. This location really needs to be retrained on their products and CUSTOMER SERVICE. My coffee never taste the same and after sitting in line for 12 minutes on Sunday they actually handed me this BURNT stuffed croissant which should've been thrown in the trash. Also, kids would like to have frosting on their frosted doughnut, so DON'T put them in the bag upside down. PLEASE HELP THEM!!"
