Dunkin'

"Everytime I go to this Dunkin it is a WAIT to get anything even just some coffee. Don’t even think about ordering food unless you want to wait 30 minutes for it or have the workers completely forget about my order as happened to me. Honestly it could be done better if the workers just had some help from how slammed they get but not enough personnel most times. To the owner DO BETTER!!!"

"This place feels really run down lack of effort, mediocre humdrum service. They did not have the proper change to give back to me. They did not have the everything bagel my wife wanted. Used the bathroom and there was urine all over the floor. This was the first time trying a Dunkin' Donuts we are Canadian and go to Tim Hortons and you would never see their coffee shop like this. My Hope Is this does not represent all the Dunkin Donuts."

"Sorry for the rant, but the experience I will share is becoming the norm, unfortunately. We stopped at this location as we were heading from Anna Marie Island to Tampa. My wife is dealing with some health issues and needs non-acidic decaffeinated tea. She carries her own tea bags, and we normally just buy a cup of hot water for her. First, the good news is that this DD gave her the cup at no-charge. Kudos for this service. As we walked in, we saw a window sign stating that " for Dunkin Rewards members," you received a free donut on Wednesday with a medium or large coffee purchase. That sounds good to me, as I was buying a coffee already. I ordered in the restaurant and paid using the DD app. I showed my rewards info and thought we were good. The clerk charged me for the donut. I pushed back stating the donut should be free per the sign. Without getting into all the back and forth, the store manager showed up and stated I needed to order the donut and coffee in the app. This was not stated anywhere, and since there was a gentleman waiting to order behind me, I paid and left. I still feel I was ripped off for the donut, and more importantly, the donut issue around how it was ordered has soured my desire to go to any DD. I am just shocked they didn't ask for a tip after I paid. Go at your own risk."

"Ordered Ice latte with extra espresso shot, no flavors. All I can taste is cream. Quality of Dunkin Donuts has been a huge disappointment. It’s very upsetting paying $6 for a latte and it not being made to DD standards. I will not be back for a while"

"Oh, I like the special offers they have on their mobile app. I went today because they had a bonus if you purchase online through the app. I did that and then I also had a coupon for coffee which I ordered when I got to the drive-through window because the coupon was not valid online. The girl that waited on me was not very friendly. She didn’t seem to grasp the concept of an online order plus an in person order. She did not make eye contact or thank me or told me to have a nice day the conclusion of my experience."
