"Good non dairy options. Would be nice to see them add coconut or almond milk whipped topping to their dairy free drinks. Would be nice if they added gluten and dairy free cookies or treats since many people looking for dairy free cannot do gluten either."

"Rude!!! I came here on Veterans Day last year, my second Veterans Day since I was medically retired from the Army. I was there to get my wife tea and a free coffee that a family member had seen advertised. An older woman took my order and was both very rude and unpleasant. When I asked about the free coffee, she muttered, “it’s only a small” in a gruff tone. I said, “great, may I have one?” She repeated in a ruder, louder tone, “IT’S ONLY A SMALL.” I said, “I understand, may I have one please” and then ordered my wife’s tea. When I got to the window to pay, another employee gave me the total and it seemed like a lot for one tea. I realized she’d charged me for the “free” coffee as well. Now this may sound silly but the whole interaction really bummed me out. I’d never claimed a Veterans Day freebie and she made me feel awful for trying to take advantage of their advertisement. I was there to spend money regardless and can surely afford a coffee. The point is, my request seemed to upset the employee and she made it known to me. I used to come here all the time but I have not gone back since and will not in the future. I don’t know if this particular employee was having a bad day or what but don’t ask for a free coffee on Veterans Day no matter what war you were in. P.S. On an unrelated but fitting note, they failed to secure the lid on my wife’s tea and I spilled scalding water on my hand, twice. This in itself is not reflective of the star rating. The rude employee earned that herself. Don’t come here. They dislike the troops."

"I’m disappointed. Their menu says they have decaf coffee. I ordered a half cafe coffee. Wanting decaf, mixed with a regular coffee. I inform the barista I can’t have a lot of caffeine. She didn’t have any product knowledge to help me find a substitution… and after letting them know I wanted to use my reward points today when I got to the window a different person said they drink I got wasn’t covered by the rewards.. just baffled by the lack of product knowledge or costumer assistance…i was looking for a drink option that would fall under the reward and have low caffeine content. Not get a backhanded comment “well it’s black tea so there is caffeine” I just believe you should be aware of the caffeine content average in the drinks commonly served. I gave 3 stars for speed."

"I always enjoy STARBUCKS. I appreciate being able to order on the app, driving over and picking up my food and/or beverage. Today when I did that, the drive-through was a little crowded so I had to wait a little while. When I got to the window, my order was still not ready, so I had to wait a few more minutes. The girl at the window was polite, professional, and friendly. My food was very hot, which I enjoyed. My iced coffee tasted good. I just wish they would do an iced version of the Blonde roast."

"Thanks to the staff this morning. I ordered some drinks and when i got home i dropped one on myself. It was totally my fault, so i drove back to starbucs and told them i dropped one of the drinks on myself and they made me another drink and took care of it. very nice staff and quick to make my drink and my wife enjoyed it before going to work. Thank you"
