"Light skin guy working 11:35 Wednesday 2-14-24 was super rude, he’s cursing up a storm acting belligerent. Slammed my bag down on the counter and made a slick comment. He raises his voice to the other employees I feel he creates a hostile work environment."

"Terrible service. Went through the drive through, so I parked to go inside. Outside there was an employee arguing with some girl. Inside the store there was an employee cleaning the floor but there was already someone that had been waiting to order but the guy inside was refusing to help and said the guy outside is the one who takes orders. So I guess to order a doughnut or coffee we had to wait for the employee to stop arguing with his girlfriend outside first. I wasn’t waiting around for that."

"I am writing to share my recent experience in the hopes that it may save someone out there the time and inconvenience. I placed a future order using the Dunkin app for 3 dozen donuts and a box o' joe for my team of associates. After 30 minutes, I decided that I wanted to go a different route and get away from all the sweets of the holiday season. I called the location at 2551 Gulf to Bay and nobody picked up. I assumed they were busy as it was the weekend before Xmas, so I waited and called again. I finally got in touch with someone and told them I had decided to cancel my order. They were polite enough on the phone and I assumed this would take care of it. I wanted to be sure that they didn't waste the time and effort to prepare the product since I wouldn't be there to pick it up. They had charged me in the app when I placed the order, which is understandable, to ensure that they are compensated whether I show up or not. Having canceled the order, I expected that the charge would drop off after the long weekend. I waited an entire week, but the charge never came off. I contacted Dunkin via their app and was sent a response by an agent named Maurice for case #13038269. I replied to the e-mail with the requested information to ask for a refund to my card. 4 days later, I received the exact same message from "Maurice," who I'm thinking isn't real at this point. Here I am two weeks later with no refund. I ended up going through my bank to get a refund. I'm truly not sure who is at fault here. I don't know if the store should've issued the refund when I canceled the order, or if the corporate office should've handled it through the app. Either way, this needs to be addressed as I'm sure I'm not the only person who's ever had this issue. I will not do business with them again because of this. I'm tired of everything being so unnecessarily difficult for no reason. Avoid yourself the hassle and don't use the app unless you are for sure getting your order or just go to the store and pay cash."

"The donuts overall are great, not frozen, warm enough that's good, there is a bathroom, but the atmosphere is decent not the best. The people there are pretty quite but they get the job done. It's sometimes busy but they always deliver. Service is decent but not very opening when a new customer enters. For tourists, the place doesn't have that many seats, the bathroom doesn't fit more than two people, parking lot is usually open."
