"They made me try to pay for a medium drink that was supposed to be free. Whoever runs this store is also going to run away Dunkin’ Donuts customers and the bagel I got was also stale. It was early in the morning so there’s no reason it should be hard and dry the way it was. The older white make (I believe is the manager ) needs to do better as well as Dunkin when it comes to how they run a franchise."

"Went through the drive thru. The ladies helping me were very friendly and polite. Coffee was hot, and my order was correct. Love DD!"

"I came into the store ordered munchkins and a small hot coffee. I asked could i use the bathroom while she makes the coffee. I come out there’s no one in the restaurant no one in the drive though and everyone is standing around eating pizza staring at me like they don’t know what I’m waiting for??? So I asked where is the coffee and they were looking at each other like no one knew I was even there or had a coffee smh terrible customer service"

"This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Which unfortunately, is a lot since it’s the closest to my house. Not sure why I keep giving them chances. They are always out of flavors. There’s never any sugar in my iced coffee. Even though I ask for it. I think they’ve gotten my order right once. I just ordered 10 munchkins for my kids and got 9. I’m done lol."

"i was just telling my husband on the drive to dunkin that there are so many inconsistencies with the drink i order, and that still reigns true especially for this one. i get a caramel latte with oat milk, and i’m absolutely positively they gave me just a coldbrew with oatmilk— even that would have been better than what they gave me. it is so watered-down and flavorless. they were not super busy, not a long line or many cars in the parking lot, but we waited at the window for our drinks to come out for 10 minutes! the staff was not friendly either, and tried to hand us out someone else’s donuts. the only reason i give it two stars and not one is because my husband’s caramel macchiato tastes alright- not great, but it was made better than mine at least. so disappointed with this franchise."
