"On Monday, January 15th, at approximately 11:30 AM, I encountered a series of service challenges at this venue. The staff responsible for food preparation exhibited a level of unprofessionalism, discourtesy, and antagonism that was surprising and unprecedented in my experiences with Dunkin', particularly as this location has previously provided satisfactory service, albeit with different personnel. While I did not note the names of the individuals involved, I am willing to offer a more comprehensive account of the incident to management upon request, particularly concerning the young female employees on duty at the aforementioned date and time. Thank you."

"This Dunkin Donuts location is amazing.. they just recently got remodeled and it looks 5x better than it did before.. i'm not sure if they got new staff or anything but the workers always seem happy and ready to serve you.
