"Great visit, seated our table of 3 right away (bigger groups had a wait) Always a great feast at a great price A few call outs were the brocoli was just steamed and lacked any seasoning while the asparagus for example was delicious covered in butter? and seasoning. Small mix up with the sirloin and lobster tail extra, we got the Fillet and Lobster tail combo, assume a tiny communication issue. However the steak was cooked perfectly so we didn't bother asking for the sirloin. The mash potato was a little lumpy however the Brussel sprouts were amazing. Definitely will be back."

"This is a well established restaurant and can get busy. Appearance and Representation is a formal smart attire to high level of standard. Priding themselves as they represent the company. Time waiting was quick to be seated, no waiting about but slow at service. Waiting for drinks took same amount time waiting if not longer. Our Waiter Jenn G, was friendly helpful and polite. She did struggle attempting get the laminated information on how steaks looked from back of her pad. Maybe as a company if they used technology or smart devices time could be reduced if there was a que waiting for drinks to be served from the station. Cleanliness was outstanding, cutlery rolled up. Steak knives looked amazing with logo imprinted on the knife, liked to know if and where you can purchase one of these. A courtesy roll of fresh bread, uncut was dished prior to our meals being served was nice and warm. Consistency was ok as food was dished out, asked if wanted a refill, but did have to ask where remaining side dish was. Food as always was outstanding, mouth watering and the sprouts was something else, fried an done amazingly. Something never seen before and would get again. With the Bill, I don't agree on the aspect of the tip, the general rule it's generally 10-15% but posting 18,20,22% of the tip recommendations was little startling. Tips go to the waiter so it falls downs to there effectiveness and efficiency. Bonuses will reflect on good communication, and helpfulness."

"If you're staying in Kissimmee, hit this place up! The service team were fantastic, popped us in a lovely booth in the corner, nothing was too much for them, Christopher was awesome, great value of price compared to the Disney parks etc and then....there's the food. I went all out, thought, I'm in the USA, they know how to do steak and went for a 22oz T Bone...and it was perfect! Seasoned to perfection, accompanied by a creamy mash and sprouts that exploded with flavour. Truly set a steak standard for me and my partner's family. My partner is vegetarian, so for you vegetarians out there, yes it's a steak house, so no mains for you....however, the starters and sides were phenomenal tasting and I even dug in after my steak. Chips with the spinach dip and macaroni cheese without bacon bits are a recommendation. So definitely, pop on down and enjoy!!"

"Overall, it was a mixed experience. Some parts were very good (the steak and the waitress service), and some were not so good (the booking and serving the vegetarian diner chicken) To give more detail. We were a party of 12. We phoned 3 x times that day before we arrived, at 11 am , at 5.30 pm and then at 6.30 pm to book a table. Each time, being told it wouldn't be a problem, but then given different instructions regarding a virtual queue. When we arrived we were then told there was no table of 12. The staff did manage to sort it out for us, but it was a rather frustrating delay bearing in mind the previous 3 x phone calls. Then the food and service. The good things. The steaks were superb, full of flavour, great portion sizes, and well cooked. The fries and salads were tasty, too. The waitress, Caterina, was excellent. Polite, attentive, organised, and helpful and made the meal a pleasant experience. The not so good. The only veggie in the party, who specifically ordered a veggie mac and cheese and chips, got a bit of chicken tender in with their chips. Whilst it was sorted out and the manager did come over to apologise, it did somewhat ruin their appetite. The grapes with the kid's meals had also seen better days. Also, to end, there was no dessert menu and a limited choice of desserts offered. Would I go back, yes. Could it be better. Yes."
