"I had a great experience, the manager was very kind I didn’t catch her name but such a nice young woman! By far my best Dunkin’ experience! Especially with how busy it is due to all the tourist they did a fantastic job! Thank you 10 out of 10 !"

"Norma is unprofessional. She was eating over the area where she was making the food. DISGUSTING!! Customers were standing at the register, and she walked right by them several times without acknowledging them. ABSOLUTELY NO sense of urgency while there is a line. Do not recommend it while she is there. Edit 12/12/23 @ 2:05 pm Ya'll need better hospitality training. The girl in today never looked up from her phone while taking both mine and another customers order. Gave me my coffee and walked iut the back door without making my food. The dude who came in was talking on his phone asking me what I was waiting for"

"This dunkin’ was very narrow and had some outside seating, but not a lot. The staff member was cordial. The menu was the standard menu. This location is directly across from a Starbucks, and they had no problem handling the overflow from there."

"Wonderful experience. We’re from out of town and stopped for a coffee. Walked in kinda smelled but we wanted a a drink so we stayed. Thank goodness we did!!! Ed was amazing and gave us the inside scoop on how the drinks were made and about the actually good local restaurants. He even came in on his day off to help run the place BY HIMSELF!!! Coffee tasted great and honestly is better than Starbucks. It was so good that I got 2! Loved the place and Ed. Somebody deserves a raiseeee!!!!!!"

"Unacceptable!!! I did online carry out like I always do. You expect your order to be right. You get back to hotel to feed your child & this is what they sent out. I wouldn’t feed this to an animal. My entire order was wrong. Forgot extra items I paid for. Iced coffee was bitter. Do better."
