"They must have been having a tough day. I waited over 12 minutes for my order of 1 vente black tea. The wait was too long... I needed to be at work so I left even though I tipped$ 1 on a tea... needless to say I was disappointed. Unless you are a tourist and have the time to wait..... I would use another location. The staff was nice though I guess.... Even though they were confusing everyone and making drinks completely out of order and they didn't even ask my name for my order. Honestly I felt kinda scammed and dirty. Not how service should be done. It's attached to a hotel though so I assume they used to get a lot of corporate business and now their business model is obsolete."

"I am a big Starbucks fan and as a Starbucks fan you have to be tolerant. Some locations are great, some are terrible. I did understand the decision to make it possible to add a tip for payments. I was here some times. Usually I can choose how much tip I add, but some servers just add the max. possible percentage tip on the screen and lie “i skipped that for you”. So getting these lies the experience can not get more than 1 star. I would fire such people."

"Dropped in here for some breakfast and a latte. Friendly staff and service but got our drinks wrong, gave us an extra shot of coffee when all we wanted was one shot in a large. Overall, nice location but more expensive than other local branches as it’s connected to the Hilton. Updated 05/05/2023: visited this location multiple times over the last week, no improvement with service. I’ve changed my rating some of the girls are really good but we were served by three men on the 04/05/2023 at around 6.15pm. Service was awful and the just couldn’t be bothered serving, one lad was vaping in the back, another on his phone. I had to chase our order a few times and they hadn’t noticed the label at the back that had been printed."

"Great and friendly service that one would expect from Starbucks . Very tasty coffee and some quick tea or bites. Great atmosphere with colorful designs."

"It wasn’t busy for a Saturday afternoon. We dropped in to buy a souvenir mug. Very neat and clean, especially the restrooms. Very friendly staff. They didn’t have a whole lot of collections and hence one less star for it. We didn’t try the coffee but I liked the positive vibes!"
