"I was at the Starbucks at the Dockside hotel lobby and I asked for two drinks. A black and white mocha and a cafe mocha. The lady that was helping us was very sweet but did not listen very well. We asked for these two drinks and she only put down one drink and we thought that there was just a mistake on the register that surely she put both drinks. Well we ended waiting for at least an extra 5 minutes for a drink that didn’t even exist. Then my friend orders a drink and they don’t even give her the right one. She drank it because there was no time to order another one but she would have preferred the drink she asked for."

The drink, which was a sugar cookie frappe… was the best starbucks beverage I’ve ever had!! Thank you so much Odi!!"

"Advertised 3 unique blends, only had one available. No one at the counter at first, took a while for service. Once employees came out, they immediately started having conversations amongst themselves about how tired they are, want to go home. I ordered the one unique blend with shot of Espresso. Taste like it was very old. Expensive, old coffee, horrible service."

"This was a great experience. The line was long (it is a hotel Starbucks, so it will be busy), but it was fast and efficient. The staff at the front were super friendly as well. The wait time was appropriate, but not long at all. Again, great experience, especially for a Starbucks in a hotel."
