"They never use splash sticks or hot cup sleeves, I’ve gone here at least 10 times having ordered online. I’ll order 10-15 minutes ahead and my coffee is always cold when I get there. The baristas are never welcoming and my drink is always subpar. This location is down the street from me but I will now be going out of the way to get my coffee."

"Left our house extra early to get breakfast and our usual coffee, we understand morning rush, we were in the drive thru for over 30 minutes I explained our order 3 times with patience and understanding things happen. I reread my order to her and she confirmed she got it all, when we arrived to the window she gave me the wrong chai latte (my husband let it be), only two of three sandwiches we ordered, when I told her we were missing a sandwich she said oh I forgot to tell you we’re out (was that before or after I repeated my order to you 3 time or the last one to make sure you got it?) then doesn’t even offer a replacement. If we weren’t already late I would have insisted but the best part is after I drive off and drink my coffee if you didn’t guess it already it was dreadful. If you want your patience tested, please go and visit this location :) the sandwiches we did get were good though so that’s where that 1 star comes in play"

"This is supposed to be a breakfast burrito but instead it looks like a flat bread. No customer service. I was told the red cup that you get free with any holiday drink any size had to be a venti or a grande which is a lie because on their website it states ANY SIZE had to go back and showed them they finally gave me my cup and not even an apology. These ppl clearly don’t know what they are doing. It was so upsetting."

"Worst experience, attendant failed to secure lid on cup, 3 visit in a row. Spilt entire cup on mystery. Ask for napkins and she gave me 2. Look at me like she like she was completely lost. No apologies no concern. She should be re trained or terminated. Too busy playing around instead of paying attention. Completely trash the interior of my vehicle and covered me in hot coffee."
