"I've been extorted for gas a few times at this place, don't go here if your a woman and have a kid in your car. If there's a guy standing next to his truck NOT pumping gas, definitely don't get out of your car. The gig is this, they wait for you to get out of your car and walk up behind you quietly and then stand in front of your car door so you can't get back in. They give you some sob story about how they can't get to work because they need gas, but, they don't give you an option and you can't walk away and tell anyone because they are blocking your door with your kid in the car. They basically demand that you swipe your card at their pump. It's always some redneck with a truck too so the minimum it costs me is always around $50. I just really try not to get gas here ever. My husband has never had a problem, I only have a problem when my kid is in the car because otherwise I would just walk into the station and call the police. I don't know how many guys are actually doing this scam, but, it's been three occasions and I'm certain that twice it was a different guy. I parked their last week and a truck guy was already walking over and I just left immediately and got gas at Race Trac in town. Probably not a problem if your male or female with no kids in the car."
