"I saw they had ramen as a choice and was curious to try it out. It was not a good idea. Noodles were clumpy, soup base was salty, and the cha shu was more like Asian flavored pork belly. Still, the flavor is there, and noodles were decent, so it's not a total disaster. They didn't have anyone taking orders when I went, so be prepared to order via the mobile app. It took a while for food to arrive, even though there was almost no one else in the store. On the positive side, there were plenty of seats; in case it gets crowded elsewhere, this could be a good place to eat."
"I got the grilled chicken sandwich which was super dry and it tasted like it had been sitting there all day along with the fries. They make you order on the mobile app, which wastes so much time because you have to set up an account and enter your credit card info. The food took 15 minutes to arrive, which was surprising given the fact that the place was dead when we went. Worst meal I’ve had in a long time."
"The place had little to no A/C. The gluten free burger my wife had was the most disgusting thing I’ve seen, it fell apart as she attempted to eat it. To fill your drink at one of the machines with the ridiculous chip that nobody explains to you. Oh and when you order via table number, the food takes 25min to actually come. What a disappointment. Unorganized and chaotic, with very unfriendly staff."
"Sorry to say, the worst ramen I ever had. The noodles were like cardboard; the tofu was soggy; everything was bland and under cooked. I don’t usually write bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary to warn others. I would pay $13.49 to NOT have to eat this dish."
"This is a fast table service restaurant it is mostly pizza, burgers and a couple of Asian dishes. You can also order chicken cream salad. The first thing you do when you get there is to get a card to reserve your table. This is very convenient because you are guaranteed seating. Make sure you remember your table number. Next, you get inline to order and pay for your food. Once that is done you go and get your drink. The have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines for soda and water. If you ordered beer they will bring it with your meal to your table. Sut back, relax and enjoy your meal."
