"I don't know where to start... Total frustration! I ordered a party kit to surprise a friend who had a birthday. Well, the biggest surprise we had first was that the cake didn't come at all as I agreed with Lia and detail: I paid 25 dollars more because there was a difference that wasn't made. Second point: Solado cake... We cut the first slice and the cake looked like stone. Hard, dry and sole... Terrible, no one could eat it. I sent a message to Lia, who said she would check the kitchen to see what happened, but until today (days later) nothing!"
