"All Tourists to Orlando Area should avoid this location as this location has least respect for you as they intuitively know you are a tourist not only the customer service (Front desk) , the manager and even the corporate team do not bother about your business and opinion. If you want to destroy your morning, afternoon and evening then you should go otherwise stay away"

"This particular D&D is one of the best. I dined in (waiting for my Lyft to arrive). Very clean all around. Service was quick. Very nice welcoming by employees. Food was good. Nice and fresh. Excellent coffee. I recommend. Update: My 2nd visit was good as well but I didn't know if non service dogs were allowed inside. The dog could of been left in the patrons vehicle. Other than that it was a good visit."

"Worst Dunkin ever sad to see an establishment being managed by people with no customer service or respect. Its one thing to make a mistake or to never have items on the menu but to serve that up with ignorance, rudeness, and beyond that spitefullness. Manager threw a paper at me and told me to complain then when I asked her for her name she walked away and advised her staff to ignore me i had to look around for the camera's for the hidden prank show because she can't be serious. This franchise location needs new leadership asap."

"Had the midnight blend. At this location it was bitter. Typically the dark roast or midnight as they call it at Dunkin is decent. I had it at a location in north Orlando the day before and it was delicious. This location however my coffee ended up in the trash bin about a block away. Just terrible."

"I came here asking for my drink for a pick up and the lady gave me attitude with the orange hair and I just sat there quietly looking at her wondering why I'm getting attitude when my drinks not even to the top. my drink is literally filled half way and you're giving me attitude. I didn't even ask her to fix my drink. I just left."
