"After a long overnight shift at the ER I was on my way to school with practically no sleep. I saw my favorite home Starbucks and decided it was worth being 5 mins late for. Well to top off the morning my card declined in the drive thru. I was only getting a coffee and was just about to cancel my order and the employee handed me my drink and told me not to worry about it. I haven't received this kind of compassion from somebody in a long time. I was about ready to just not go to class because it was becoming such a bad day and my anxiety was crazy. He insisted not to worry, didn't make me feel bad or anything..! Now Starbucks gets a lot of my dollars so it was just really nice to feel the love in return. I insisted I could take a minute to get out of line and find another card but he honestly was so sincere about not worrying about it. I about cried to school but I made it and I aced my test. It's truly the little things in life that make you or break you. I wish I got this kind mans name. (May 23rd at about 145pm)"
