"Very busy place however if I come to a place and spend a good 30 bucks in goods and have to wait more than 30 mins to get my two croissant and a sandwich is ridiculous, to me this place sucks big time. Starbucks needs to review better the way their provide service. Two big thumbs down"

"I don't really know a nice way to say this, but the staff aren't very good compared to literally every other Starbucks in the area. They only make one drink start to finish at a time, instead of queueing the shots for one drink while starting the milk pour for another. Their efficiency is poor, the drinks are often messed up, and they ask you to leave the line and wait longer for them to make mobile orders before pulling thru a second time if the order was placed within the last 5 minutes. (This has honestly happened *Several* times)....But if I had just ordered in the drive-thru, instead of leaving Walmart, I wouldn't have to leave the line to wait??? I don't really get why they have you wait and come back. There was one day that was really fast and everything was made right, but there was a different employee working the window (a tall guy, Duane) and we had hope this location was on the up amd up, but I haven't seen him back. This is the closest Starbucks to us, so we frequently visit, but whenever possible, I try to avoid it and go down the road to celebration instead."

"Absolutely my worst Starucks experience ever. Ordered two coffees. Only one was made and I waited 31min for the second coffee. After prompting an employee (Cat) to inquire about the status of my coffee, I received rude and dismissive response and have been told to wait. Very unfortunate as I drink Starbucks all the time and never had this type of experience before. Customer service definitely not a priority at this location."

"The staff here is extremely friendly. We had to spend most of the afternoon at this Starbucks waiting for our flight time to approach. We had several cappuccinos each and coffee cake - all very good. Fast WiFi Clean store and clean bathrooms Thanks for letting us work for the afternoon in the store."

"THE BEST. I mobile ordered my order for the wrong store before we went to Universal, so I had left my phone behind. After speaking to the staff they asked me to confirm the order and I told them what had happened - so I couldn’t. I was fully prepared to be left coffee-less due to my error but they were so kind and made the order for me anyway! It was out of their way kindness! The store was clean and calm, as well so HIGHLY recommend this location!"
