"Incident occurred 12/23/2023 at 12:15pm. Do NOT go to this location unless you want to get screamed at by an angry manager. My partner and I were almost hit in our new car while in line at the drive thru by another vehicle backing out of their spot. We saw no car or person behind us so we backed up a few feet to ensure we wouldn’t get hit. Out of nowhere, the manager appears at our driver side window saying we almost killed her (3 mph in reverse). We apologized and explained that we were about to get hit so we had to move. She continued to scream at us and threatened us that her husband was sitting right there watching. Looked like she was bringing free food out to him. She would not leave us alone and kept screaming at us in the middle of the parking lot. We told her we will never return here or to any dunkin again after this. After leaving, we called to ask for her name politely and she continued to scream at us over the phone. This woman should not be a manager or working any customer service role if this is how she is going to treat paying customers. Such a disappointment and an awful way to begin the holiday weekend."

"Comically terrible service. One person just stood in the back while another was restocking the soda. Neither would provide service and would just periodically yell “front counter.” Someone repeatedly would yell “one second” when asked by multiple customers if any of us could expect service. After standing for literally 17 minutes—and watching multiple people leave—we left without anything. I wish I had taken a video or something to document just how surreally incompetent the whole experience was."

"Top 3 worst Dunkin I've been to. 70% of the employees running to get the orders done, while the other 30% stood around talking. Trash cans completely overfilled from the moment we walked in and stayed like that the entire time we were there. Bathroom incredibly disgusting. Orders were being called out incomplete and being skipped to call out the next incomplete order. Some employees were handling food without gloves, others didn't wash their hands before putting on gloves or touched their face with the gloves and didn't change them after. Saw one employee use a jug to make a coffee beverage then use the same jug to make a fruit beverage without rinsing the jug. Some items they offered in their touch-screen menu were not available. Having ordered the same items before from other Dunkins and knowing how they're supposed to taste, the same items in this one tasted off. Overall the experience was not a pleasant one."

"Just keep going to the next one—horrible experience. No donut selection at all, which is fine, but after paying, they gave us bagels instead of croissants WITHOUT saying anything. Then I go back to the counter to speak with an employee with four sandwiches to correct the issue since we are dining in. He walked away, saying oh, we messed up again laughing, came back laughing, and said we don’t have any more croissants which would’ve been nice to know before a person pays for their food and you offer horrible service to a paying customer."
