"I know it cannot be easy to run a business these days, with the challenges of finding qualified employees and managers. But this place has been running horribly for years. Today I was in the drive-through lane for almost 25 minutes to buy two donuts, nothing moves. I often see this place Swarming with employees, but seems like nothing gets done. And if I go at 8:30 AM they are already running out of donuts! The place is open till the evening, so how can they be running out of donuts at 8:30 AM every day ? The management in the store is not doing a good job if they cannot order enough to keep stacked with what they’re famous for at least until early afternoon. I’ve been so frustrated with this location for so long but unfortunately this is the closest one to where I live. Please get some new management in this joint. !!! Almost forgot to mention that I never get handed a receipt when I buy something here, and more than once I’ve been short changed and they ask if it’s OK because they don’t have enough change in the register, so do I have a choice? I pay cash at this location cause I would not trust my card for a minute in an operation This poor."

"I’m writing this review today because we need more positivity in the world and less negativity. I also work in retail and I know how difficult it is to work with the public. This location has had its ups and downs but I just want to say that the staff is amazing! It’s come to the point where they know my dog by name when we come and they are super excited to see him. My coffee is always right and if it’s not - they fix it right away. Thank you all for what you do. Let’s be positive and lift people up instead of always complaining!"

"Went through the drive through went it was slow. Only one car ahead of us. No greeting or asking us to wait one moment. Tried saying hello? And she told us to wait, not a problem, maybe should have started with that, but it’s fine she probably wasn’t thinking. Waited 5 mins to just give our order. Ordered 2 drinks as is, no modifications. Took another 5 mins to receive the drinks. There was 4 people on staff. No one in line inside and one older couple sitting down enjoying their food already. The car ahead of us was long gone. We remained polite, said our please and thank yous (and met with no response) and promptly left. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning cause what the hell was that."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I got here at 4am. They open at 4am. I waited at the door for 5 minutes while the employees obviously saw me but ignored me. After continuous knocks, he finally came over to tell me the Drove through is only open at 4am. I go around and he takes my order. When I get to the drive through window, he ignores me again for another 10 minutes while he gets all of his cash and coins ready for the day and setting everything else up he needs to. I’m the only one in line. And it still took 20 plus minutes. It was mind blowing…. Unacceptable.,."

"Went there today 4/27 around 3:30, the girl working in the drive thru was the absolute best. Great customer service, fast and y’all had Boston cream donuts. Total win today! Also if haven’t tried the Raspberry Watermelon refresher with lemonade you’re missing out!"
