"If i could give this place zero stars i would ive been waiting thirty minutes after i ordered and i haven’t gotten my order yet. They are screaming and mad because they are by themselves and have no help. One guy is throwing customers bags. They have someone new who has so much patience with the other employee new employeee doesnt know so much this is very frustrating its supposed to be fast food not 40 minutes for food. Dont come."
"This morning at 9:51 am a caucasian lady wearing a face mask and blonde Hair was completely rude when I asked to have my coffee remade because it tasted like water. She snatched the coffee from hand through it in the garbage and told me to move forward that it would take 5 mins.Went to grad her phone. Came back to the window as if she was recording me. At this point I didn’t even want the coffee because of her nasty attitude. Ask for my money back and she still wanted me to pull forward to wait for my refund. With the phone still in her hand. I refused, I told her I’ll wait right here. She slams the window and walk away. Another employed give me my refund right away.i never once spoke to her rude , I was very polite . I could understand that behavior if I was rude to her but that wasn’t the case. There was no reason for her attitude. I know people have rough days but they shouldn’t be working if they are so miserable. Please stop hiring anyone. I wont be coming back to the location again."
"First off, let me start by saying that i’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for over five years. Within the last year or so I have had terrible customer service every time I come. Thanksgiving morning I came with a friend just to get some iced coffee like any other day, and was not greeted or even acknowledged by the girl who works in the window named Bri. it seems every time she is working here. She is always in a terrible mood. She does not greet customers. She does not make iContact. She hands you your food and drinks aggressively. I don’t know if she is upset because she is working at a Dunkin’ Donuts, or she simply just doesn’t have good customer service in her. She definitely does not need to be working the window or being the one to greet customers. She needs to be in the back making food that seems like a more fit job for her. I have came by today , and of course she was at the window again. Same exact terrible customer service that I have received from her time and time again. She does not need to be working here and she does not need to be in any kind of customer service business. After all, it is Dunkin’ Donuts sweetie. It is never that serious."
"Ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. It looked and tasted like it had been on fire. I paid over $5 for it. Someone simply didn't care about quality. I went through the drive thru and was well on my way when I opened yo eat my sandwich. I honestly can't say I've ever been served food that looked like it has been on fire, unless it was supposed to be."
"Terrible customer service. First they don't greet you, second they can't hear your order you have to repeat yourself 2x, and third they give you the wrong order. The people give YOU the stink eye when they are the ones giving you the wrong order. Croissant is drenched in butter and coffee has no sugar when we ordered with 4 sugars. This location and franchise has gone down hill. No consistent staff here, they have staff turn over galore! Last week I went to Starbucks for the first time...TOTALLY different experience. Starbucks is the Chick-fil-A of fast food. Starbucks exceeds their reputation. This is the end of the Dunkin Donuts era for me. Very, very disappointed!!! I welcome you to reach out to me if you need anymore feedback regarding my experiences with DD."
