"My daughter attended this facility part time for two weeks (total of 4 days). Initially, there were a couple of signs that this facility may not meet my normal standard but I figured it was only for two days and she would never attend full time at this place anyway. Also, I really wanted to give it a chance since it was a veteran and black owned business. Within four days my daughter had two bruises which were scratches in the face and deep bite marks on her hand. When it comes to my children nobody gets three strikes therefore I knew I had to withdraw her. Also, I was emailed the parent handbook attachment by either the owner or staff member and thats it. There was no formal greeting no welcome to the center or anything but I thought to myself, how unprofessional and ignored it. After the first incident occurred no one said a word besides annotating it in an app that the facility uses. I gave them the benefit of the doubt again because kids sometimes make mistakes and I was trying hard to see past other things. On day 4 the app notifies me again of the second incident but still nobody says anything again besides updating it in the Procare app. At this point I let them know my concerns and that my child will no longer attend this facility because I feared for her safety and I don’t believe children are being properly monitored. That same day I noticed a male team member name was annotated as changing my daughter’s diaper so I brought that up as well. The responses given were far from remorseful. It was more like I am sorry and carry on. Overall, the facility is great if you are looking for low budget childcare, the staff seemed friendly, children are not monitored properly, and the communication needs a lot of work. The Procare app is really nice but when caring for children that shouldn’t be the only communication especially when incidents happen to a parent’s child."

"DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! My son was taken to a hospital after being left at this facility. We went an asked what happened and the owner would not give us any answer. We were told we could see video fotage of that day and it never happened. I thought I almost lost my son that day. No parent should ever feel like that. I felt so useless because I couldn’t do anything to protect my son and we trusted these people to be able to do so. I know my son Can be a handful because he has autism. The anger I feel In my heart right now and me writing this review is about the only way I can exercise this rage. It’s been months and we have have not heard nothing. I pray god will deliver justice for me and I know if I have nothing to hide I wouldn’t be afraid to show my hand or anything that might help to prove I did nothing. But she just hid instead so she definitely hiding something. We arranged to meet and she stood me up, never showed up and just kept coming up with excuses"

"This is my first time putting my son in daycare and I was so worried he wouldn’t do well. All the teachers have welcomed him in and are so understanding. He’s never been in a social setting like this being home with me for the past two years and I already feel so happy and comfortable with my decision to bring him here. All the teachers are always so kind and friendly. They work well with him on breaking bad habits and learning new skills. He’s already grown so much in the couple weeks he has been here. Everyone communicates so well through either the Procare app or when you pick up. I’m very thankful for the opportunity to have my little learn and grow here with genuinely great people."
