"Wanted to first see any clearance furniture. Salesman said ok and would check back w me in a few minutes. Only a few pcs in clearance room; so, I proceeded to walk around the showroom for about another 6 minutes, he ( nor anyone else) ever returned, so i left the store. Entire store was empty; but, that was still no reason to treat any customer this way!! Good that there r other furniture stores!! Shame on Badcock and any sales person to ignore a walk-in or established customer! Mc Sat. 1-27-2025, 2:00 pm"

"Let me start off this review by saying, this is one of cleanest Badcock stores I have been to. The staff is super friendly, but one staff member in particular helped me out. Sterling is absolutely amazing! I highly recommend going in and asking for him!"

"Came in to pickup a chair today and everyone was so friendly. Dale offered to put the chair together for me, and I thought why not? My daughters were enjoying sitting on all the nice recliners and we hung out for a few minutes in the beautiful showroom while the chair was built for us. Dale came out with the assembled chair fully wrapped in protective plastic and told me he made sure it was level, and offered to help put it in my car. As we walked out, I told him I was caught off guard with such a high level of customer service and thanked him. Turns out Dale owns the store, and was such a kind, friendly, hard working gentleman. It was a pleasure to chat which we did for a few minutes like fast friends. Not once did any of the salesman make me feel pressured or buzz around like a pest, yet there were employees readily available- this is exactly how a classy furniture gallery should be operated. The service, price, quality and assortment at this store is exceptional, and I wish I knew about this location sooner. I'm so glad we stopped in, we found the most beautiful dining room table after looking for quite some time. I highly recommend making sure to stop by this location when shopping furniture, appliances, etc.. best service I have had anywhere for as long as I can remember."

He took his time showing us and comparing pieces to us that he personally recommended. We ultimately ended purchasing everything he suggested: washer/dryer, king bedroom set, king mattress, dining room and living room set. Needless to say, we’ve gained a partnership and a friendship.
