"Tane is honestly a very kind and sweet lady. Very communicative and helpful. I loved how most of the time there was always someone to pick up a shift when needed. Unfortunately I had to cancel my membership because I did bring to Tane’s attention that one of her Nannie’s while watching my infant twins that are 5 months had an alcoholic drink during the hours of babysitting my children while we weren’t home. Plus the nanny was 20 years old. After talking to Tane about it I felt as though she was going to take care of it but each day I logged in I saw the same nanny still working for the agency and unfortunately that’s not okay with me. There’s no telling how many times that kind of situation could have happened and to not fire a underaged nanny drinking alcohol on the clock is not acceptable to me. I didn’t want to leave the agency but I realized the trust has been broken."

"Nanny now was amazing! They found great Nannies for our 2 year old during our vacation. The process was smooth and secure; felt very safe in trusting our child with them. The first nanny brought toys and even a little gift. Due to a short notice issue second nanny had to drop out, but the owner, Tane, stepped into help and was great with our son. Both were timely and gave updates throughout the sitting. They were very professional and friendly. Great experience, will use them again when we are in the area."
