"ORGINAL REVIEW I do not recommend their infant room. Had a terrible experience. The owner refused to take accountability and was very unprofessional. Staff (lots of different faces) that covers the infant room when they are short staffed or do not have coverage do not typically work with infants and due to lack of training my baby had to suffer. Lack of communication, training, compassion, common sense and professionalism which is very much needed when working with infants and children. Response from the owner3 hours ago Jess, please be honest and accurate with your reviews when you are trying to hurt a small business. There is no lack of training whatsoever with our staff. All of our staff meet the state of FL standards and exceed that. No idea what you are talking about with that. You were there 3 days and completely unreasonable. We do not administer medications as you asked - sorry. There was no lack of communication, compassion, common sense, or professionalism whatsoever. Just upset you had to abide by the rules and policies... best of luck to the next preschool that has you! I am 100% honest with my reviews. And just as I reviewed owner refuses to take accountability reflects in your response. My daughter left your facility with a terrible rash and we were informed by your manager to sign the appropriate form with directions for our generic Desitin the next moring so that it may be applied. The following morning we went in with the cream and asked for the form so that it may be applied (followed policies and procedures) your staff that was covering the infant room said she never heard of such form but that if we had the cream they will use it. To ensure that we did our part we wrote the instructions on the sheet provided in your binder at the entrance of infant room. The cream was never used and caused her to get worse and caused her lots of pain. I’m still not understanding why you can’t take accountability and accept that your staff member did not have the proper training or else that would have never occurred. I am doing my part and reviewing honestly so no other parent goes through this whether that be opening your eyes and training now or the next family that wants proper care takes precaution with using your facility."

"Our 19 month old daughter has been going to the Sprout Academy in Seminole for almost 6 months now and we absolutely love it! Our experience has been fantastic! We can see the growth and learning every day! All of the teachers in the baby and toddler rooms love having her and she loves seeing them. And best of all, the children seem very happy there and love the environment. When I see my daughter interact with the other kids and hug her teachers, it melts my heart. It’ very nice to know that she is in a caring environment while she isn’t home as we do not have family in Florida. Special thank you to Ms. Tre, Ms. Tyra and Ms. Faith and Mrs. JaMaya. We highly recommend this location!"

"Sprout Academy is a wonderful place. I would recommend this school to anyone looking for a great place for your kids to attend. The staff are very helpful, friendly and always professional. Just an all around great experience for me and my children."

"This daycare only cares about money. My daughter was getting bullied and they did nothing about it no matter how many times something was said. She cried every morning because she was scared of the bullies. They also have a nasty habit of changing policies and not letting anyone know until they're charging a new fee. The director and owner are the most difficult people to deal with about anything because they just says no to everything and give attitude about there being nothing anyone can do. Every good teacher that has worked here has left. Do yourself a favor and find another daycare before dealing with this one. Edit: as you can see by the response, this daycare is very petty. This is the type of sarcastic response I would get anytime I would address a problem. This is my second bad review. Last time I had a problem they forced me to take down my comment or else they would kick my daughter out of the daycare. I have met many other parents that tried to warn me about this place but I didn't listen. I assumed something was being done about the bullying, but I was wrong. If you're looking at the reviews for this place right now, notice the other responses to negative reviews. You will never get solutions here. You get attitude. The 4.5 rating is false because they will kick you out if you don't like anything. My daughter is much happier now that she's out of this terrible place! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! KEEP LOOKING AT DAYCARES! THIS ONE IS ONE OF THE WORST!"

"Both of my kids went to Sprout Academy, my daughter is still enrolled. They are so good with the kids. My children and I have loved every teacher they've had there. My 2yr old daughter surprises my constantly. She's been enrolled since she was 6 months old and she knew her colors when she barely knew how to talk. She and my son amaze me every day with how much and how quick they have learned at Sprout Academy. Management is wonderful, they're very organized and pleasant. I highly recommend them. I've never had a bad interaction with any of the faculty."
