Parc's Discovery Learning Center

"My employment at Discovery Learning Center started through a temporary subbing position. I fell in love with the various services offered to children that would not be offered at other child care centers such as speech, occupational, and behavioral. The children benefit greatly from this and the staff refers families to other community social services to fill in any gaps. Currently, I've been teaching here for almost 3 years and I have yet to find a child care center that cares for the whole child socially, emotionally , and physically. I refer families with children that have disabilities or not to Discovery Learning Center to give their child the whole learning experience."

"PARC's Discovery Learning Center is one of, if not the only, inclusive preschool in Pinellas County. The teachers there are so caring and kind-hearted. Many of them have been working there for 20+ years! They offer a variety of activities for the children to participate in, and they have advanced learning tools for the children to work on like touch screen desks and TV screens. The children are ALWAYS well cared for and there is always a smiling face to greet you. Not only do they offer preschool, but they have childcare, on-site therapies, respite care, and even summer camp!"
