"I did not have the best experience with this daycare. My daughter attended this daycare around October of 2023 for about 2 & a half weeks. Im only now writing my review because as a first time mom, new to the daycare world I couldn’t really identify why my daughter had such a terrible experience. Now that I have found a new daycare that she is flourishing in, after only 3 weeks of being there. I now know that what was missing from Little Nite Owl was patience. They would just let my baby cry all day, send me videos of her crying. I would be a work so worried about her. They wouldn’t pick her up and soothe her because they “didn’t want to spoil her”. My baby would come home with the back of her head matted up because she would be in a swing all day. All because they didn’t want to hold her. I get is 100% understanding not spoiling her by being held all day but it should have been done in moderation. If I am paying over $200 weekly for you to care for my child they should be able to bond with my child in a way that she would feel eventually trust and feel comfortable to play and explore as she does at home. That wasn't done. Once my baby was fed and changed they would just let her cry all day long. It got to a point where my baby was so upset that she would refuse to drink her bottles of milk which was very concerning to me because my baby loves her baba. She has been outside of my care before and has NEVER refused her bottle. My child would go all day long with only drinking 5 oz for the whole day. I decided to withdraw her for this daycare because of that. In closing I do want to say Ms Rose the infant teacher was a very sweet lady. She was the only one who asked me if my baby was ok when I came in to pick up her things. She is the only reason why I gave this place 2 stars instead of 1. They also do a good job with cleaning. I really wanted my child to do good here because of all of the positive reviews and it was only 6 mins from my house. I was very disappointment when things didn’t work out."
