"This is why I don't deal with dunkin! Every time I try to give them another chance it goes wrong. I ordered a XL hot coffee 6 vanilla bean n 8 creams. Received a leaking overflowing cup. My receipt put in bag with a donut. I ask for another cup figured they would change it but nope. She put the cup inside of dirty cup and handed it to me as if this was ok. First of all need to hire people who are coffee drinkers and know something about products selling. There needs to be cleanliness about workers from uniforms, hair nets, and working stations. They use that same utensil to stir on every drink ordered there. Water has to be changed several times a day and cleaned after each use. I work hard for my money and don't appreciate it being thrown away!"
