"We go to Sids often....usually great service and good food. The person who waited on me had NO personality. She was doing me a favor. I ordered 2 bagels to go. No cream cheese, don't toast, don't slice. 2 turnovers and a yogurt. NO THANK YOU! Hmmm. You do know that customers sign your paycheck. Get home. Cinnamon raisin bagel wet and mooshy. I phoned. Oh they're frozen. We add them when we run out. Suggested customers be told. Sid....please don't fall into the trap of bad service. I like coming there but can find a bagel somewhere else."

"It's a small coffe shop serving breakfast and lunch. First time I went, we had a breakfast sandwich. Second time was for lunch. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches better! Service has always been great and quick. They have special event every few months. Can't wait to go to their blind wine tasting."

"The staff was very kind and friendly, seemed to know the regulars well and enjoy chatting with their customers. The shop is very well lit and clean, nice place to study or just relax and enjoy a quick bite. They have great bagels and decent coffee. Will be going back to try their lunch sandwiches next time I'm in the area!"
