"If I could give zero stars, I would. But if you have to deal with this specific office, please gather all the patience you possibly can beforehand. They do not abide by court orders, despite initiating legal action with their own attorney. If they withhold the receiving parent’s payments (year+), don’t expect to get them any time soon even if the judge ordered the payments to be released immediately and the DOR was made aware a week after the hearing. Also, someone please let the manager know that saying something slower ≠ better explanation. She needs to be demoted considering she speaks as unprofessionally as the window clerks. I waited an hour to be told the same thing I’ve been told each time I wanted an update on my case, which is “check back in a week.” Why would it take an hour to review my case, just to be told “it’s still in process”? Basically, someone isn’t doing their job. Overall, if you enjoy being talked over by staff when you are pointing out wrongdoings on their end, this is the place for you :)"

"This is the reason why the government agencies have such a bad reputation , I was there and there was just me and this other lady and four people behind the glass window and it still took long to be called. What are they doing? They opened 40 minutes ago. They don't care about your time for sure."

"Very clean office more space for seating then the last office. Not much staff as there was only 3 people. myself included and I waited 30 minutes."

"Called Tallahassee. They said I could make a payment in the office locally because I needed it to show immediately to not have my license suspended. So I went down there and they said they dont take payments. Directed me to amscot. Amscot takes 3-5 days to post. Entirely a waste of time and a complete headache with everything. Their lawyers dont respond to demands for documents either. Violation of law all around. For anyone that has a IWO done in "chambers" its void. Coram Non Judice."
