"Every year we visit Destin, we stop in at Cups and Cones. They make custom-made donuts that are amazing. Always fresh and warm, with a lot of variety to choose from. My only recommendation would be to add some sort of screening for the outdoor seating. It gets blazing hot."

"Came in at night with family. The lady did not smile a single bit. She was not rude or anything but no customer service it almost felt like she did not like us being there. Blue bell ice cream was $4 a scoop. Hopefully I can update this review with a better customer service next time. Not asking for special treatment, just kind, friendly service. After all, we visit cream shops all the time and it's the first time we met someone who was not happy serving ice cream. Lol"

"Cute little shop! What really sets this place apart is the young lady who works there. I have gone a couple times in the last few weeks and she is rocking it! While there she was scooping ice cream, making donuts, making coffees, answering the phone (overheard her politely giving info on pricing, how to order, and repeatedly telling them in the nicest calmest way the donuts are "gluten friendly" not "gluten free" while there was a line of folks waiting for her to help them) and taking payments. She is a true gem!!"
