"This is the second time getting sorted donuts there and I am not impressed. The donuts are flavorless. Even the fillings are bland. I wanted to give them another chance but yeah, not my favorite."

"Dunkin' Donuts has the best coffee anywhere! We had breakfast sandwiches and we used the drive-thru. We did not have much of a wait which is excellent. I had a Dunkin' Donut gift card with a family photo on it and use that to pay for our meals. It's nice to load money on that card so when you're traveling you can just pop into Dunkin' Donuts anywhere and get great coffee and good food!"

"Your employees are very rude and impatient every time I go to the drive through. Today I ordered a medium iced latte with hazelnut and then I said “wait can i change that to vanilla please” and she gave me attitude. I got to the window sat there for a good 8 minutes before anyone opened the window. She then took my payment and handed me my coffee that wasn’t filled up all the way and I said thank you and she just shut the window on my face. This is so messed up. If your employees don’t like their job then they should simply find a new job."
