"I just got up with SYNERGY HomeCare again, to let them know how bad the services I RECEIVED from this company. I am a 100% disable veteran and I have received the worst service I have EVER received. I ask when I could talk with the owner and was told BY BETTY the office manager, she had no idea. I then ask well this week, or next week, but she just couldn't say. MY advice to you is don't waste your time and hard-earned money with this company. The service I received from the office was atrocious and I am dumbfounded. This service is subpar at best in my humble opinion."

"Heaven forbids your family member has to go to the hospital. It’s like pulling teeth for them to return into the home. Synergy likes to reassign your assigned caregiver randomly. Caregivers themselves are nice. But synergy itself sucks. Would not recommend"
