"BEAUTIFUL place, well maintained. One MAJOR problem fire ants have taken the park over, needs treatment before next rain."
"Big Mound Park is a sport park that has a play area for the kids. The park has 2 baseball/softball fields and 3 soccer fields and there is a concession stand with restrooms. They also have picnic pavilions that offers shade and a place eat or just sit. The fields are extremely nice, they take great care of this park!"

"Nice clean park. The children's area had been cleaned with bleach or chlorine. It had a chlorine smell. Good job. The soccer field was great. Lots of shade under the large Oak trees covered in Spanish Moss. We enjoyed our visit."
