"Visited during Christmas Stroll and after visiting Sanibel for years had no idea this place was there. Some great historical structures and a great atmosphere. There is also a theater and gift shop with some really unique items. Well worth the visit even though as of our visit several of the buildings are still being repaired from Ian and were closed."

"A cool experience tucked away into the corner of the island. The Sanibel Historical Museum was a charming trip into the past, as we learned about the first settlers on the island and the buildings they used to frequent. In my visit I was joined by a lovely guide that was knowledgeable of the area and each building. When I come back next year with some friends, we'll definitely pass through here again."
